1. Anchor yourself in what you can control. You may not be able to dictate the headlines, the economy, or other people’s decisions. What you can control are YOUR standards, YOUR preparation, and how YOU show up each day. Stability starts internally before it ever shows up externally. Focus on what YOU have the power to control
2. Protect your energy like your life depends on it. Not every conversation deserves your participation. Not every crisis deserves your emotional labor. Be intentional about what you consume, who you engage with, and where you invest your focus.
3. Stay connected to purpose, not panic. Moments like this are a reminder to zoom out. Revisit your “why,” recommit to your long-term vision, and keep taking aligned action even when things feel noisy. Progress doesn’t pause because the world is loud.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone. Breathe. Regroup. And remember: resilience is built in moments exactly like this.
